1. How to order

1.1.  You must be registered for orders to be processed. If not already registered, you will be asked to register when you add a product to the shopping cart.
1.2. ONLY those individuals who are compliant with the federal, state and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer  (minimum 21 years of age for American residents) are allowed to purchase alcohol, wine and beer through the WINE66 system. For this purpose, you must declare your compliance with such laws when using the www.wine66.com website. This compliance is MANDATORY.
1.3.  You must first provide the location (country, province or state, and city) where the product is to be delivered by the affiliates.
1.4. Once the delivery destination is identified, the wine selection of the affiliates at the selected destination (the “points of sale”) will be displayed.
1.5. If more than one point of sale exists at a selected destination, you can browse and choose products from each point of sale found (see paragraph 2).
1.6. Then, you can add chosen products to the shopping cart.
1.7. The system will alert you if the selections or quantities desired are not available. You can verify availability by sending an e-mail request to our system (info@wine66.com). The system might display availability of a product that is no longer available in the inventory of selected affiliate. In this case, please refer to paragraph 7.2 of this document, about substitution.
1.8. You can choose the desired type of packaging for each order (see paragraph 3).
1.9. Some affiliates have a minimum amount per order for purchase. If the minimum amount is not reached, the order cannot be completed.
1.10. At any given time, the shopping cart will display the products ordered   as well as the cost of the chosen packaging and of delivery to the selected destination. Cost of delivery may vary according to the selected affiliate.
1.11. In order to complete the order, select "confirmation order".
1.12. At this point it is necessary to insert the addressee data. Once registered on the site, you can create a personal contact list of addressees (“my contacts”), which can be used to enter addressee data automatically. If you do not select an addressee from your personal contact list, you can enter this information manually on the order form. If you wish, you can include a greeting to be delivered along with the product.
1.13. You choose the delivery date. WINE66 will inform you, within 24 hours of the acknowledgment of the order, if delivery on this date is not possible. When 24hour delivery is requested (where available), the following policy applies:
    1.13.1 Orders placed after 12:00pm AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION are processed the following business day.
    1.13.2 Orders placed on a day when the selected affiliated store is closed are processed the following business day.
1.14. Deliveries of alcohol, wine and beer can be made only to those individuals who are compliant with federal, state and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, you MUST declare your compliance with such laws when completing the order form. This compliance is MANDATORY.
1.15. Once the delivery information has been entered, select “confirmation order “.
1.16. At this point the order summary will be displayed.
1.17. In order to complete the order, select “buy now” to proceed to the payment screen.
1.18. All purchase prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices displayed on the website in other currencies are based on average exchange rates and are not intended to replace the original price in USD. The official amount of the transaction expressed in currencies other than USD is defined by the exchange rate set by your credit card company.
1.19. All prices include local taxes at the delivery destination of the gift.

2. Multiple orders

2.1. To order products from more than one affiliate, be aware of the following conditions:
    2.1.1. We can fill orders from different affiliates provided that the addressee is not the same. We can fill orders from
    the same affiliate to various addressees.
    2.1.2. You can maintain several active shopping carts (i.e. orders from one affiliate to one addressee) on the system
    at the same time.
    2.1.3. Some affiliate has a minimum order amount for purchase (as shown on the shopping cart). Orders to those
    affiliates requiring a minimum purchase amount, must be equal to or greater than the indicated minimum amount.
    2.1.4. You must select packaging for each affiliate (see paragraph 3). Products from different affiliates cannot be
    shipped in a single package.

3. Packaging

3.1. If no packaging is selected, the system will use the packaging available to the affiliate in charge of the delivery. If the producer of the selected wine has a standard packaging for the selected product this packaging will be used.
3.2. If another type of packaging is selected (e.g., gift box) the system will adjust the price of the order accordingly. Each gift box can contain up to a maximum number of bottles (as indicated in the selecting window); if more than the indicated number of bottles is ordered, the system will automatically update the number of gift boxes required and adjust the price accordingly.
3.3. For packaging for multiple orders from more than one affiliate, refer to paragraph 2.

4. Form of payment

4.1. All purchase prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices displayed on the website in other currencies are based on average exchange rates and are not intended to replace the original price in USD. The official amount of the transaction expressed in currencies other than USD is defined by the exchange rate set by your credit card company.
4.2. Payment can be made ONLY by credit card.
4.3. The executor of the transaction is YourPay.com whose system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Discovery and American Express. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Discovery and American Express.
4.4. All purchases are transacted through an American bank account. WINE66 is not responsible for any charge made by your credit card company for international credit card processing, nor for exchange rates set by your credit card company.

5. Product Delivery

5.1. WINE66’s affiliates are responsible for the delivery of the product to the address inserted in the order form. However, if the wrong address was inserted in the order form, WINE66’s affiliates are not responsible for loss or non-delivery of the product.
5.2. In case the product breaks during delivery, WINE66’s affiliates engage to substitution of the same product (or similar if agreed with the originator of the order).
5.3. In case of delivery of product different from the one ordered – and not previously agreed to by the originator of the order -, WINE66’s affiliates engage to the substitution of the product (or similar if agreed to by the originator of the order) in an amount equal to or greater than the one originally ordered.
5.4. At the moment of the delivery of the product to the corrected destination, the addressee will be held to sign a delivery document that attests that the delivery was carried out in the correct way (same product description as per delivery document) and that the product delivered is in good condition. Once the addressee signs the delivery document and verifies the good condition of the delivery, all previous delivery responsibility of WINE66’s affiliates ends.
5.5. Every delivery requires signature of the addressee, who must comply with the federal, state and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer  (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). The addressee must show a valid document (issued by a government authority) as proof of the minimum age required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer.
5.6. The cost of delivery to the selected destination may vary among the chosen affiliates (free delivery may be available). Such costs are clearly visible in the shopping cart.
5.7. Deliveries for a specific time of the day are not guaranteed (unless per special agreement with WINE66).
5.8. We do not deliver to PO BOX, APO and FPO.
5.9. Deliveries during holidays, Saturday or Sundays are possible only upon confirmation from WINE66.
5.10.The purchaser chooses the delivery date. WINE66 will inform the purchaser, within 24 hours from the acknowledgment of the order, if delivery on this date is not possible. Whenever the 24hour delivery is requested (where available), the following policy applies:
    5.10.1 Orders placed after 2:00pm AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION are processed the following business day. 
    5.10.2 Orders placed on a day when the selected affiliated store is closed are processed the following business day.
    5.10.3 No Sunday delivery available.
 
6. Cancellations and Modifications of orders

6.1. Cancellations and/or modifications to orders are possible only if notification is received before the WINE66 affiliate store agrees to deliver the order. Once the product is in transit, it is not possible to execute modifications and/or cancellations.
6.2. Eventual modifications, if before product order is accepted, can be executed for amounts equal to or less than that of the original orders.
6.3. If the modification consists of a change of product, the replacement product must be selected from the product list of the WINE66 affiliate chosen for the original order.
6.4. If the modification consists of a change in the quantity and/or the addition of more products to the same order, an additional order must be made. WINE66 will attempt to have the additional products delivered together to those previously ordered. Additional packaging charges may be applied.
6.5 Cancellations, if notified before product is shipped, can be executed for a penalty fee of $10.

7. Substitutions

7.1. Substitutions may be necessary in order to guarantee that delivery is made by the date requested. In this eventuality, WINE66 will contact the purchaser to notify about the substitution made. Every substitution will be executed with products of equal or greater value to those originally selected.
7.2. In the eventuality that the chosen product is no longer available in the inventory of the affiliate from which the product has been selected, WINE66 will contact the purchaser to notify about the substitution made.

8. How to use the Discount Codes

8.1.All promotional discount codes must be entered in the appropriate window on the shopping cart screen before proceeding with the purchase.
8.2.Refreshing the shopping cart will display the new subtotal, which includes the applicable discount associated with the promotional code entered (either percentage or absolute value). However, the discount entered will be taken into account even if this step is skipped. The details of the discount will be displayed on the order summary before credit card payment is processed.
8.3.All promotional discounts are applicable to the cost of the bottles only. They are not applicable to the cost of shipping or to the cost for special packages (i.e. gift box).

9. The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

9.1. All alcohol, wine and beer are sold only and exclusively by the affiliates of WINE66. WINE66 is just a marketing agent for affiliates.
9.2. WINE66 recognizes, abides by and complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol to minors.
9.3. Purchases of alcohol, wine and beer through the WINE66 system are allowed only to those individuals who are compliant with federal, state and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer  (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, the purchaser must declare his/her compliance with such laws when using to the www.wine66.com website. This compliance is MANDATORY.
9.4. Deliveries of alcohol, wine and beer beverages can be made only to those individuals who are compliant with federal, state and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer  (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). For this purpose, the purchaser is obligated to declare his/her compliance with such laws when completing the order form. This compliance is MANDATORY.
9.5. If persons under the legal age intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent their age in order to obtain delivery of alcohol in violation of all federal, state and local laws, both WINE66 and the affiliate will prosecute violators to the fullest extent allowed by law.
9.6. All shipments require signature of the addressee, who must comply with federal, state and local laws for purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer  (minimum 21 years of age for American residents). The addressee must show a valid document (issued by a government authority) as proof of the minimum age required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol, wine and beer.
9.7. Shipment to PO BOX, APO/FPO is not allowed.
9.8. All alcohol, wine and beer beverages must be purchased for personal consumption and not for resale.
